A partially furnished one-bedroom apartment is available in a shared house in Fairlee. Please note that the home is located at the top of a steep driveway, which may become inaccessible during storms or the winter months. In such cases, tenants can park at the bottom of the hill and walk up to the property.

Internet is available for $40 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

• 12-month lease required
• First month’s rent & security deposit due at move-in

• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• Additional monthly admin and tech fees apply

Additional Notes:
• The driveway is not accessible during winter months. Tenants may use it at their own risk throughout the tenancy. The landlord will not be responsible for maintenance (including snow removal) or any damages/injuries resulting from its use.
• Washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs tenant and located in a common laundry area.
