We have a downstairs room available for rent in a shared house in Fairlee. During winter or storms, the steep driveway may become inaccessible. In those cases, parking is available at the bottom of the hill, and tenants should expect a short walk up to the house.

The space includes electric heat powered by a heat pump, with baseboard heating in the bathroom. Washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs tenant and located in a common laundry area.

Internet is available for $40 per month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Positive landlord and employment reference required.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted.
A security deposit and first month's rent are due at move-in.
12-month lease is required.
